I use double authentication on my PC which is based on requesting the user to identify himself with an id and password that he knows, with another key or external element that he physically possesses.
When you send sensitive information over an HTTPS connection like through this site and this form, no one can eavesdrop on it in transit.

Medical secret (Medical Law: Article 21st)
Everything a doctor finds out about a patient who turns to him for a doctor's assistance, and in connection with his state of health, must be preserved as a medical secret and may disclose it, if a special law is not only with the consent of the patient, the parent or caretaker for minors, and in the case of his mental incapacity or death, with the approval of the immediate family, guardian or legal representative.
Insight into our correspondence can only be requested by either the court by its order or the Croatian Medical Chamber.
Obligation to report (Medical Law: Article 22nd)
The doctor is obliged to report to the police or the state attorney's office when in the course of medical activity suspect that the death or bodily injury of a person was caused by a violent via. The doctor is obliged to submit the report referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and when he suspects that a minor or infirm person is in health a condition seriously threatened by neglect or abuse.
